La Française (“la frahn-sayz”) French Bakery is a second-generation, family-owned business established in 1976. Today the wholesale-only bakery still relies on time-honored baking traditions to
produce the highest quality artisan breads and baked goods.
Using traditional European methods, La Française creates bread with a perfect crust, a tender crumb, and an old-world flavor that reflects the care taken to produce it. The bakery uses only the finest, all-natural ingredients and still shapes their products by hand.
From boules to baguettes to lavash, La Française produces more than seventy-five different breads.
Customers can also collaborate with the bakery to develop signature products. La Française delivers bread to fine restaurants, hotels, and caterers six days a week throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
